Since promoted in a new job position I even busier that before and have a lot of things to do at the office. Of course, it impacted on my daily life such as I don’t get enough time to do sport just like in the previous. Basically, I like sport but I don’t do it regularly because I have to work in a tight schedule. For your information, I got the impact of my bad habit lifestyle. For example, I don’t need in proper portion even if I eat I tend to choose fast foods, I have weight problem, and I get easily tired in doing all the activities in my work place.
